If I book a wedding, do I have to book a reception at the hotel?
No, you may have just your ceremony at the hotel without being required to book any kind of reception, although The Hyatt Regency Orlando offers many post-ceremony and reception dining options. If the couple hosts their reception post ceremony at the Hyatt Regency Orlando, they do have F&B minimums that must be reached. The F&B minimum is calculated based on the number of guests you are estimating for the wedding.
